The Administration office will not be answering questions related to medical information or advice. These questions need to be directed to a medical professional. Please ensure that you visit a Medicentre clinic and see a physician for all your medical needs.

If you have a concern about your patient experience at Medicentres, please contact the Clinic Manager at each clinic for discussion. Complaints that are addressed to and received by the Medicentres Administration must be in writing, and signed by the patient (if underage – a parent or guardian). We do not accept any complaints via email.
