What you should know
- Coverage: This service is covered by Alberta Health* and may also be covered by private insurance and public insurance.
- Procedure: Injections take about 15 to 30 minutes, and you can resume your normal activities, including going home or to work, right after the procedure.
- The Treatment Plan: Typically, we begin with three treatments, spaced 12 weeks apart.
